This Refund & Returns Policy applies to NotionElevation.com, a brand operated under NASSUNA LEGACY LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Nature of Products

All products sold on NotionElevation.com are digital products, including:

  • Notion templates
  • Digital guides and resources
  • Downloadable files

Due to the nature of digital products, items cannot be physically returned.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds (General Rule)

All sales are final. Once a product has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

3. Exceptions (Eligible for Refunds)

We may offer a refund if:

  • You experience a technical issue that prevents access to the product
  • The product is defective, corrupted, or not delivered as described
  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase

In such cases, we will:

  • Attempt to resolve the issue first
  • If unresolved, issue a full or partial refund at our discretion

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to understand product compatibility (e.g., Notion usage)
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

5. Proof of Purchase

To request support or a refund, you must provide:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • Details of the issue encountered

6. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
  3. Contact your bank

8. Exchanges

Since all products are digital, we do not offer exchanges.

However, if a product is defective, we may:

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Restrict future purchases
